Nearly 30 years ago, I met a young girl in a Bosnian refugee camp who looked at me with hope in her eyes and simply asked, “Please don’t forget me.” That one sentence changed the course of my life—and it became the reason I founded the Jericho Foundation.

This project is led by filmmaker Denis Karam, founder of Proudcloud Productions, who spent part of his youth in Sarajevo. After hearing me share the Jericho story at an event in Sarajevo, he felt a deep connection and approached me with a vision: to bring it to life on screen and inspire others to care, to give, and to believe in what’s possible.

This film will capture the heart of the mission—students transformed, communities uplifted, and hope renewed.
